Daily Maze - Insane

Daily Maze Ticket The previous Daily Maze guide covered difficulties Easy, Medium, and Hard. In this guide we will be covering Insane which is similar but there are a few differences as well as different rewards. Firstly, the similarities. There are multiple floors to the Maze. Scattered throughout the Maze are Monster encounters, Level Up Shrines, Heal Shrines, keys, etc. The more Daily Maze tickets you use the higher your rewards. To play the Daily Maze you will require a Daily Maze Ticket. You will get one of these for free each day and also have the option to watch an ad for an additional ticket one and have the ability to buy another ticket for 40 gems. This makes a maximum of three tickets per day. You will also stop gaining the free daily ticket if you have ten or more Daily Maze tickets. Though, you can still watch ads and buy the paid ticket to keep accumulating.

Now, for the differences. You can use your Gear in Insane Maze, there are 20 Levels instead of 5, you will loot Maze gems, Maze Gear, and Power Stones and be rewarded these in the end instead of Gold and Hunter pieces like in Easy, Medium, and Hard Maze. Also, you get to choose your Hunter you will be starting with and then you pick a new Hunter every floor. The monsters you will encounter are the same as doing the Maze Dungeon.

Levels 1-5
  • Stray Ghost
  • Stray Skeleton
  • Stray Crystal Keeper
Levels 6-10
  • Stray Hungry Plant
  • Mimic
  • Stray Boar
Levels 11-15
  • Stray Slime

  • Stray Treant
Levels 16-20

It is possible to use more than one ticket at a time by clicking the arrows at the bottom of the screen to increase the number being used. Using multiple tickets at once will save you a lot of time.

Daily Challenge - Multiple Tickets

Also, at the top of the Daily Maze screen you will see an icon indicating how many items you have to skip floors. These can be acquired from Abyssal Maze or Chaos Dungeon. These consumables let you skip floors of Insane Maze. Each one of these will allow you to skip five floors. When you choose to start a run of Insane Daily Maze there will be a popup that lets you use the buttons to adjust how mny you wish to use. You can use a maximum of 3 at once which will allow you to start at floor 16 saving you a ton of time.

Now, to talk strategy. As I mentioned there are twenty floors to beat with similar monsters to Maze Dungeon throughout the levels. Between floors their health and damage will scale up until you defeat the boss which is located every five floors. Once you defeat the boss you will begin facing the next set of Maze monsters. Their damage will then begin to scale up again until you defeat the next boss.

You get you use your Maze gear so as long as you have a few decent pieces and some Power Stones you should be able to make it quite far through the Insane Maze. The biggest issue is the time commitment as it can take a while to fully clear all twenty levels. You choose your starting Hunter and once you beat the level you will have the option to choose your Hunter for the next floor. You will be at the same health and get to keep any experience gained. This means as you start reaching the higher Maze levels you will be starting each floor at level 10+ and have a lot of abilities to pick. I found starting out Insane Maze was the hardest. You will want to use some Death Strike Hunters most likely if you don't have great gear. Also, make sure you have a Purple Power Stone in your offensive slot for Life Steal. Once you clear the first few Dungeon levels each Hunter you pick will be starting at a higher level which makes it easier.

As for rewards you will not get any gold or Hunter pieces. If you want these Hard Daily Maze is still your best option. Insane maze will give Maze Gear, Maze Gems, and Power Stones. This is definitely the best place to get all of these. Once you get a bit from running Maze you should be able to clear Insane Daily Maze and it will be a constant source of upgrades. During the first ten levels you will receive mostly Level 1 Power Stones and Common Maze Gear. Once you pass level 10 you will start to get Level 2 Power Stones a lot of Rare Maze Gear. Thought you can get Maze gear right up to Mythic. It is possible to find Epics throughout your run but you will be more likely to get any Legendary or Mythic gear in the final reward. You will also be rewarded Maze Gems for every combat you win. You will receive more Gems on higher levels. If you really want to maximize all of the gems and other rewards you are getting make sure to fully explore every level before moving onto the next.

You can review how the monster health scales in the below table. Take note there will be a boss every five levels. On level 5 the boss will have 500,000 HP, on level 10 it will have 2,000,000 HP, on level 15 it will have 10,000,000 HP, and finally on level 20 it will have 20,000,000 HP.
